How the 100 Night Trial Works

Purchase any of our Peace Lily mattresses, mattress toppers, and pillows and give it a try for 100 nights. If it’s not the perfect fit, return it for a full refund.

Enjoy your Peace Lily product and test it thoroughly. Take your time to ensure it meets your sleep needs.

If you experience anything less than perfect comfort during your 100-night trial, please reach out to us.

Our lovely customer team will assist you in handling the return process and finding the best solution, making it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Your refund will be processed once your product is donated or returned, ensuring it finds a new home instead of going to landfill.

Fair Sleep Trial

We understand that adjusting to new bedding products like a mattress, topper or pillow takes time. That is why we kindly ask that you give it a fair and honest trial of 30 days. This allows your body to adjust and experience the full benefits of the product.

*Please note we offer returns for one mattress, one mattress topper, and two pillows per household.

What Happens to Returned Product

Every product finds a new home. At Peace Lily, every returned mattress finds a new home through our charitable donations. We love supporting our community and have already donated thousands of bedding products to local charities near you.

You even have the option to choose which local charity receives your donation. Even if our product wasn't perfect for you, it might be just what someone else needs. Sharing and donating brings joy and comfort to those who need it most. You can reach out to our lovely customer service team who will step you through the donation process of your mattress.

* Please note that the collection process can be limited for addresses that have restricted access or are outside of metro and regional areas. In this situation, our customer service team will assist you in how to donate your product. Once we have received a photo of the donation receipt we will then process your full item(s) refund.

If you've completed the 100-night trial and encounter an issue with your product, don't worry. All Peace Lily bedding products come with a comprehensive warranty. Simply reach out to us, and we'll assist you with repairs or replacements. Your purchase is protected, ensuring you continue to enjoy restful and worry-free sleep. General FAQs for 100 Night Trial and Returns

The 100-night trial is included for free when you buy any Peace Lily mattress, topper, or pillow from our website. The trial period begins automatically once you receive your purchase. Simply buy it, get really comfortable with it, and try it for up to 100 nights.

If for any reason you are not happy with your Peace Lily mattress, topper, or pillows, just email us to let us know. In most areas, but not all, your products will be picked up for free by our partnered charity organisation for donation. Otherwise, you should contact your local charity, church or crisis shelter as an alternative to see if they will accept your product(s) as a donation.

Note: We offer returns for one mattress, one mattress topper, and two pillows per household.

There is no need to keep the boxes or packaging for mattresses. However, they must be in clean condition with no damage, stains or tears so they will be accepted for donation. Please see our returns page for more information.

You must ensure that your product has no stains, tears, or deformations due to misuse in order for your refund to be accepted. Once the mattress has been donated and proof of donation is provided, we'll gladly process your refund and you will receive the full amount that you paid for the product.

A summary of your reason for return

We will get back to you as soon as we can.

Your refund will be issued once your return or donation has been completed by the charity, church or crisis centre. It can take up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your original method of payment.

Comfort is subjective, which is why you’ve got 100 nights to sleep on it! We ask you to please try your mattress for at least 30 nights so that your body has time to adjust, and so that your mattress can fully decompress.

If you love your mattress - great! That’s what we love to hear. However, if you wish to return your mattress, please contact us at info@peacelily.com at any time between nights 30 and 100 of your 100-night trial to obtain a refund approval from the Peace Lily team.

Please note that we offer one mattress return per household.

Otherwise, you should contact your local charity organizations or a secondary goodwill group as an alternative to see if they will accept your mattress as a donation. This will be at your own expense, should the Charities/Organizations be unable to pick it up for free.

You must ensure that your mattress has no stains, tears or deformations due to misuse in order for your refund to be accepted. Once the mattress has been donated and proof of donation is provided, we'll gladly process your refund and you will receive the full amount that you paid for the product.

Exclusions: The 100-night trial applies to purchases made from Peace Lily and authorised third-party sources. If the product was purchased from an authorised third-party source, the returns process will be subject to each respective retailer's policy but must still meet the returns criteria set by Peace Lily.
