I bought this mattress for my daughter in college and she absolutely loves it. After the first night she said she had never slept so well. Aside from UPS and their penchant for shoddy delivery (not Peace Lily's fault) everything about this purchase was amazing. I would suggest if you are not going to be at home when it is delivered, if by UPS, that you have it delivered to a pick-up location and don't let the UPS driver just leave it somewhere random like we experienced.

Good service, good mattress
The mattress was delivered on time and arrived in good condition. We were surprised that it came rolled like a rug inside a box and worried that it turns out to be very thin and of bad quality. It lay flat on the floor overnight and when we checked it again it looked much taller and fluffier . We got the Medium-firm and it is very comfortable. We will consider buying a mattress from this same brand for our other bed.

Customer service was excellent. Mattress arrived quickly. I did not notice any funky odor upon opening the mattress. After extensive research to find the safest option for my daughters first mattress, I feel so good about my decision to purchase with Peace Lily. I also love that they are in alignment with my environmental morals in that the mattress is compostable at the end of its lifecycle. Oh, AND it's comfortable!!! Winning all around!! The bed is comfy and there was no smell upon on boxing. Worth the money. Don't get one of those cheap Amazon mattresses... They stink for weeks.

Logistical issues and Replacement mattress
I left the old mattress out for collection earlier in the day when the new mattress arrived. Unfortunately the new mattress when unpacked had an unsightly stain. Possibly and ironically the moisture absorbent pack inside may have exploded causing the mess. This left me without out a mattress for several days before Peacelilly were able to supply a temporary replacement mattress. Six weeks later I was contacted by Peacelillt that our new 2nd mattress was available. However, on the day when the contract delivery company took away the temporary replacement mattress they didn't bring up the new mattress from their truck. I only realise this after they had driven away. When I contacted the driver within minutes of them leaving he advised that it was not their problem. This was the same company that had delivered the new mattress, took away the stained mattress and delivered the temporary replacement mattress. Earlier that week I was contacted by Peacelilly tand advised hat the new mattress was available. I assumed that it was being delivered at the same time as the replacement mattress was being taken away. I was therefore left without a mattress again. The new mattress is great and I believe represents good value for money and I can appreciate from time to time that some items can be defective. There were no problems in organising another new mattress. Unfortunately, due to the first mattress being stained and the logistical errors with the delivery of the final replacement new mattress I was left without a mattress for over a week. In hindsight I should not have put out my original mattress before the new mattress was unpacked. Throughout the whole process Peacefully customer service were great - no complaints there.
